Safety, loading and documents
Open trucks are covered with tarpaulin and every load is tied with straps or chains. Sealed containers are locked at loading and opened only at delivery, so the goods stay dry and untouched.

Crane service – booking and payment terms
Customers searching for crane service usually ask the same questions about booking and payment. The rate is agreed on WhatsApp before the truck is sent, so you know the total in advance. It normally includes the vehicle, driver, fuel and tolls; loading labour, extra drop points and waiting time are quoted separately if needed.
A small advance confirms the booking and the balance is paid at loading or on delivery, by cash or bank transfer, as agreed. Businesses with regular loads can ask for monthly billing.
Loading and unloading are usually allowed a few free hours. If the truck has to wait longer at a factory gate or market, detention may apply – we tell you this before booking, not after.
Tracking and delivery updates
Many people looking for crane service worry about where their goods are on the road. Once the truck is loaded you receive the driver’s name, vehicle number and contact. On long routes we share updates at main stops, and the driver can send live location on WhatsApp on request.
At delivery the receiver checks the goods and the seal, counts the packages against the bilty and signs. A photo of the signed receipt (POD) is sent to you the same day.
If there is any delay because of weather, road closure or checkpost, we inform you straight away with a new expected time, so your customer or warehouse can plan.
Best time to book a truck
Timing also changes the price when you are looking for crane service. Truck demand in Pakistan rises before Eid, at month-end when companies push stock to distributors, and during wheat, cotton and sugarcane seasons. Rates are usually best in the middle of the month and early in the week.
In summer, schedule loading in the morning or evening for goods that are sensitive to heat, or use a reefer. In the monsoon and in winter fog, allow extra time on the motorways and keep open trucks well covered.
For urgent loads we always try to find a vehicle the same day, but planning a day ahead gives you more choice of vehicles and better rates.
Documents to keep with the load
Paperwork matters as much as the truck when you are searching for crane service. Every load should travel with a sales invoice or delivery challan that lists the goods, quantity and value. Police and excise checkposts on highways ask for it, and it is also the base for any insurance claim.
At booking we issue a bilty (goods receipt) with sender, receiver, number of packages, weight and destination. Keep a photo of it. For import and export containers, the GD, delivery order and port gate pass are also needed.
Over-size machinery may need a road permit and escort, which we arrange in advance. For regular company shipments we can share monthly statements and proof-of-delivery (POD) records for your accounts team.
